Blake Kennedy has
been an auctioneer since 1997. He is a contract
auctioneer who has called over 600 sales including
antique, estate and many charity auctions. Blake
calls monthly auctions for Granny's Auction House in
Clearwater, Florida and Burchard's Auction Gallery
Saturday sale. He received his license from the
Florida Auctioneer Academy in Orlando, Florida and
is a member of the Florida and National Auctioneer
Associations. He is on the board of the Florida
Auctioneer Association.
Showing his accomplished skills as an auctioneer
Blake placed third in the 2005 Florida auctioneer
bid calling championships.
Blake is a
Certified Estate Specialist, (CES), Graduate of
Personal Property Appraiser, (GPPA) and is an expert
witness in the courts of Pinellas County. His twin
brother Brett is a certified real estate appraiser.
Blake and Brett are both real estate agents. They
can liquidate, buy, sell, ship, store and move one
item or the complete estate for you. They will guide
you every step of the way to make the estate closing
